It’s been ages since I wanted to go for Yoga classes, having known some of the benefits of practising yoga. Only yesterday did I actuall go for a class. The routine does seem simple at first, but it gradually got more difficult. This is surprising, but at the end of the 1 hour class, I did feel more flexible and able to reach my toes fully. It was a class for all levels; hence the instructor did start from easy moves to more difficult ones, giving us the option to choose different postures as we went along. Then, she mentioned that we had to drink water to flush away the toxins that were released – how cool is that! They are many benefits of practisig yoga as listed here. However, one has to practise it the right way and accompany it with a balance and healthy lifestyle.
